Skomante is a small studio shaping stoneware and porcelain for everyday rituals — thrown on the wheel, glazed in small batches, and fired one kiln at a time.

Skomante began at a single wheel, with a simple idea: make things that feel good to hold and are made to be used. Every bowl, cup, and vase is thrown, trimmed, and glazed by hand.
We work in small batches with natural stoneware and porcelain, favouring soft, earthy glazes that change quietly with the light. No two pieces are exactly alike — and that is the point.
