Terms of Service
Last updated 22 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Skomante website. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the site
This website belongs to Skomante, a small ceramics studio. It shows the studio's work and lets you enquire about a piece. It is not an online shop: you cannot place an order or pay through the site.
The collection, prices and availability
Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand, so each is one of a kind and small variations in size, colour, and finish are part of the making. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but the piece you receive will differ a little.
Prices are shown in euros and, together with each piece's availability, may change without notice. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell — a piece marked available may already be reserved by the time you write.
Enquiries and orders
Sending an enquiry through the contact form is a request for information, not an order, and places you under no obligation. Any sale — its price, delivery, and terms — is agreed separately and directly between you and the studio by correspondence, and is formed only once we confirm it to you.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the photographs, text, and the design itself — belongs to the studio and is protected by copyright. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
The site is provided as is
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no guarantees that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above showing when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and any dispute relating to them falls to the Lithuanian courts.
